2. Hosting and server logs
This website is operated on servers provided by our hosting provider netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you visit the site, the web server automatically stores technical data in server log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested resource, the amount of data transferred, and your browser's user agent. This data is processed solely to deliver the website and to ensure its security and technical operation (e.g. to detect and defend against attacks or misuse). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of this website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). The log files are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
3. Contact by email
Our contact form does not send data to this website — it opens your own email program with your message pre-filled. When you send the email, the data you provide (name, email address, and your message) is transmitted to us by email and processed solely to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is the pre-contractual or contractual nature of your request, or otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR). We delete your correspondence once your inquiry has been resolved, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising, or third-party embeds. Fonts are loaded from our own server, so no data is transmitted to third parties while browsing.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for us, the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one. Status: November 2026.
